Earlier this month we touched on Aclaimant's OSHA Logs add-on that works with our standalone modules such as Incident Management and Safety Reporting. Today, we will explore an add-on whose functionality will be expanded over 2025 to encompass more of the platform, as mentioned in our earlier patent announcement: the AI Insights add-on
This add-on module allows organizations to harness their data into actionable intelligence. It represents a significant leap forward in the capabilities of the Aclaimant risk management information system (RMIS), seamlessly integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) into existing workflows to enhance decision-making capabilities and drive program effectiveness.

From there, it provides a detailed rationale for each determination, flagging potentially reportable claims that might be overlooked otherwise. This comprehensive approach ensures consistent documentation standards across all incidents, creating a more reliable and efficient process regardless of team experience levels.
To ensure these alerts operate on quality data, AI Insights includes sophisticated duplicate detection capabilities to maintain data integrity, employing advanced pattern recognition to identify potentially redundant incident reports as they enter the system. When potential matches are found, the system points out duplicate claims for review and notifies relevant team members, allowing teams to address data quality issues before they impact reporting or decision-making processes.
