Aclaimant is seeking a Director of Customer Success to improve our customer experience and engagement as we scale! 

This individual will work alongside the sales and implementation teams to drive cultivate relationships with our customers, ensuring engagement, usage, and satisfaction with the Aclaimant experience.   The customer success director will be responsible for developing and executing on a customer success strategy.  Team members must be self starters, capable of gathering and driving insights from our team and clients, while also being able to work independently.  There will be an emphasis on developing a plan, and creating structure through data with a goal of increasing usage, retention, and upsell.  This individual will also be responsible for managing our support organization.

 
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years
  • 3+ years in customer success role
  • 3+ years managing a customer success organization
  • Experience with b2b saas solutions, experience in insurance, risk management, or safety software a plus
  • Experience managing support organization
  • Proven track record of scaling team, driving customer success strategy, aligning staff, processes, and systems to drive customer loyalty
  • Proven track record of driving upsells and engagement through customer bases
  • Strong focus on analytics and minimizing churn through data, nps and outreach

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Define and optimize the life cycle for our customers 
  2. Oversee lifecycle processes/touchpoints, including executive sponsor program, “listening” points (e.g. on usage, NPS) 
  3. Define and launch Customer Success onboarding and training
  4. Manage customer escalations from your direct reports, and follow a methodical escalation process to executive management 
  5. Ensure that CSMs understand our customers’ objectives and are delivering on them 
  6. Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate quantifiable value (ROI)
  7. Monthly analysis of product adoption, NPS scores, etc.
  8. Implement a method/system to analyze customer health data + track ROI at scale

Data Scientist

Job Description

Aclaimant is looking for a creative and results-driven Data Scientist who can manage projects, design and architect implementations, and communicate findings internally. Needs to be comfortable with python and SQL, having past experience with relational databases, data engineering/analytics/modeling, and the ability to implement it as well. We are looking for someone who is a self-learner, capable of owning the full data science pipeline and encourages the discovery of new technologies or solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead data projects: collect requirements, conceptualize high-level design and modeling processes, detail workflow and requirements for the team, implement production version of models, and communicate findings to all stakeholders
  • Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
  • Ensure data quality and integrity; clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy; interpret and analyze data patterns; visualize and productionize findings
  • Managing existing machine learning models and design/implement new predictive models
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns, and Interpret data with a clear objective in mind
  • Doing ad-hoc analyses and presenting results in a clear manner
  • Build python application for transforming and applying models to data to provide gathered insights to our customers

Basic Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing data science workflows to deliver project objectives in an efficient manner
  • Intellectual curiosity- Candidates should be independent thinkers capable of analyzing requirements, extracting data for analysis, and developing algorithms and tools with the ability to learn adjacent technical skills quickly
  • Scientific temperament – ability to research, build & verify hypotheses / mental models using evidence-based approaches
  • 3+ years of experience working with Python (for ETL/ELT, data science, machine learning, NLU based projects) and SQL (for data architecture)
    • Must be comfortable writing production-grade code
  • 3+ years of experience with Machine Learning: NLP, clustering, decision trees, predictive modeling
  • Working knowledge of Cloud environments and Linux
  • Prior experience in insurance or risk management is a plus
  • Communication: Your clarity of thought is always apparent in your crisp and articulate emails, Slack chats, phone calls, video calls, and in-person conversations

Education:

The Data Services/Operations Associate will primarily be responsible for manipulating, standardizing, and consolidating datasets for client analytics, and must be comfortable identifying problems and finding solutions. Other responsibilities include working with implementation managers during client on-boarding and various projects as they arise.
