Back in person for the first time in two years, our construction industry specialists took the temperature of the industry and addressed the most important issues for the construction industry as it currently stands.

Our event began with a discussion on risk management in the post-COVID world led by Gary Pearce, Aclaimant. This session addressed what industry leaders are referring to as the "new world of risk", how to address it and how to respond to new risks. John Moore, Walsh College addressed the current state of the industry from an economic standpoint, touching on the short-term and long-term outlook for the industry, the long-term impacts of COVID-19, raw materials and supply chains and more. John Gallo, national construction practice leader wrapped up the event with an update on proposed tax law changes and the new infrastructure bill.
