In January 2024, Aclaimant added Becky Warren to our team as our new SVP of Operations and Data. Becky brings an impressive career in RMIS and Insurance to the Aclaimant team.
We asked Becky to give a run down of why she joined Aclaimant and where she thinks the opportunity still exists to innovate in the RMIS space.
Why did you join Aclaimant?
Joining Aclaimant has been an exhilarating and humbling experience for me. The company's dedication to transforming risk and safety management in the industry is truly awe-inspiring. Their innovative platform empowers organizations to proactively identify and address potential risks, creating a safer and more efficient workplace for everyone involved.
As the SVP of Operations and Data, I am thrilled to lead and contribute to Aclaimant's mission. My focus will be on streamlining processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and enhancing operational efficiency. By providing our clients with the highest level of service, we enable them to focus on their core strengths while we take care of the rest. Together with the leaders in the CX and Data space, Virginia and Nate, we will ensure a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes the growth and success of our teams.
Where do you think there is opportunity to innovate in RMIS?
What sets Aclaimant apart is not just their groundbreaking platform, but also their exceptional team. From the Board members to the frontline leaders, every individual exudes passion, dedication, and expertise. It was clear from the moment I met them that I had found my tribe. Collaborating with such talented individuals, we will continue to push boundaries, drive innovation, and make a positive impact on businesses worldwide.
I spent almost two decades in the RMIS space and saw how technology could build an industry and make companies safer. Technology has come a long way since we first started in the RMIS space with Clearsight (and eventually Riskonnect). New technologies including AI, automation, collaboration are going to create opportunities to democratize RMIS in the next innings of this space. Being able to join an organization at the forefront of pushing the boundaries is exciting and we look forward to helping the world rethink what it means to be a RMIS!
