# Aclaimant Champion February 2025: Exxel Pacific

The Aclaimant team continues our Champion series, highlighting our customers. Our latest spotlight is on **Spencer Workman**, Safety Manager at **Exxel Pacific.**

Spencer oversees field safety programs and procedures at Exxel Pacific, working with his Director, [**Brian Sorensen**](https://www.aclaimant.com/news/aclaimant-champion-october-2024-brian-sorensen-exxel-pacific), to build a robust safety culture at the Washington-basedExxel Pacific's construction firm. He and Brian work with Aclaimant to overhaul Exxel Pacific's incident management processes, modernizing how they centralize their risk data and keep employees safe.
