This July, we are thrilled to shine a spotlight on an exceptional leader in the risk management community, Hope Trepanier, the VP of Organizational Development for Property & Casualty at Kraus-Anderson Company. With over 15 years at Kraus-Anderson Insurance, Hope has become an expert in critical areas such as Workers' Compensation audits, Experience Modification Rating reduction and analysis, and Return to Work and claims management programs. Her dedication to navigating complex situations makes her a true champion for her clients and an inspiration to us all. Hope’s journey into the world of risk management began quite unexpectedly. "Completely by accident (pun intended)!" she says. What started as a temporary, week-long position at an agency's front desk has blossomed into a nearly 20-year career. It is this hands-on, long-term experience that she brings to her role every day. Hope finds the most rewarding part of her job is helping employers navigate through what can be "challenging and sometimes frustrating loss situations". This commitment to partnership is a value that extends throughout her organization. At Kraus-Anderson, the belief is that "together is always better," a philosophy that drives them to deliver solutions that go "beyond just an insurance policy". When it comes to her collaboration with Aclaimant, Hope appreciates the shared commitment to progress and client-focused solutions. She has been an active participant in roadmap discussions, valuing that the Aclaimant team is dedicated to continuous improvement. "They treat me in the same way I treat my clients!" she notes.
