The presentation offered a high-level overview of the platform's development process and gave attendees a sneak peek at exciting new features in 2025. ## Building a Better RMIS Aclaimant's customer-centric product development approach is the heart of the platform's continued success. The team carefully balances strategic vision and practical execution, ensuring that every new feature delivers valuable impact to users. This approach emphasizes continuous customer engagement through surveys and direct feedback, allowing them to stay aligned with evolving market needs while maintaining their position as industry innovators. ## Looking Back: Two Major Developments in 2024 Last year, the Aclaimant development team completely reimagined the dashboard experience. This modern interface puts personalization at the forefront, allowing users to customize their workspace with widgets that matter most to them. From streamlined messaging and task management to simplified incident tracking and safety reports, everything is now accessible from a single, intuitive interface. On top of this, Aclaimant ventured into artificial intelligence with our new AI-Powered Incident Summaries. This feature automatically generates clear, concise summaries of incident reports, marking Aclaimant's first step into AI implementation. Understanding that different organizations have different needs, they've made this feature fully configurable and optional. ## Looking Ahead: The 2025 Roadmap Aclaimant's vision for 2025 focuses on three key areas that promise to revolutionize risk management: ### AI Integration Takes Center Stage The team is developing an AI "co-pilot" to serve as a virtual assistant for risk management teams teams. Building on the success of their incident summaries, they plan to expand AI capabilities across their platform, with substantial resources dedicated to this initiative. ### Enhanced User Experience Significant improvements are planned for email integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities. The dashboard will continue to evolve, and users can look forward to a refreshed interface that makes risk management more intuitive than ever. ### Expanded Solution Portfolio Aclaimant is thinking bigger than ever, looking beyond the platform's core offerings in incidents, claims, and safety. New modules under consideration include total cost of risk analysis, litigation management, and training solutions. They're also advancing their assets and exposure solutions to provide more comprehensive risk management capabilities. ## Working with Customers on What's Next When engaging with current customers, Aclaimant found several common key requests that will likely inform the platform's direction. Enhanced reporting and analytics topped the list, followed by improvements to safety and risk offerings. AI capabilities and dashboard enhancements rounded out the top five priorities, validating Aclaimant's planned investments in these areas. Aclaimant's commitment to customer-driven development remains strong, with all new features being optional and configurable to meet specific organizational needs.
